The building was completely redesigned to accommodate new front-of-house and back-of-house facilities. The hotel now features 240 guest rooms (including pent house suite), and three international restaurant.

Notes:

The doors were delivered to site prefitted (prolined) with hinges, drop seals and profiled to the frame. This eliminated machining of doors on site which also reduced mess and installation time. First Project using the Proliner System. Manufactured and Installed all timber joinery requirements relating to our scope of works.
